Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides courteous and professional connections with patients by phone, in person, or secure messaging.
• Documents all calls accurately in the EMR.
• Schedules patient appointments for visits, procedures, diagnostic tests, referrals, and consultations.
• Registers patients by confirming and updating demographic data in the registration system.
• Obtains copies of insurance cards, IDs, and signatures; may verify COB and pre-authorization details.
• Assists patients with forms, educates on financial assistance, and processes payments.
• Keeps up to date on responsibilities and clinic communications to ensure high performance.
