Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in healthcare, medical office, or customer service preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Comfortable handling financial transactions and using electronic systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Register patients accurately in the electronic system.
• Verify insurance and collect applicable copays or balances.
