Limitless Male Medical Clinic is seeking a Patient Relationship Coordinator to serve as the first and last point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless, welcoming clinic experience from arrival to departure.

The PRC will manage scheduling, coordinate patient visits, and support communication across teams, delivering excellence, empowerment, expertise, efficiency, and empathy in every interaction.

• Highly organized with attention to detail.

• Proficient in EMR, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage patients with professionalism, positivity, and respect.
• Ensure patients feel welcomed, informed, and supported throughout their visit.
• Provide clear communication regarding appointments, services, and next steps.
• Support a consistent, high-quality experience across all patient interactions.
• Manage scheduling to optimize patient flow and clinic efficiency.
• Prepare for upcoming clinic days by reviewing schedules and patient needs.
• Check patients in/out, process documentation and payments, and maintain records in EMR/CRM.
• Support billing follow-up and communication on outstanding balances.
• Assist with cross-functional tasks and maintain team collaboration.
