Job summary

MidSouth Pain Treatment Center in Cordova, TN is seeking a full-time Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing practice. The role is on-site and involves front desk management, patient check-in, scheduling, and coordinating with clinical staff. You will train, supervise administrative volunteers, support reception, and uphold our core values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Previous work experience preferred.
• EMR- eClinicalworks preferred.
• Medical Assisting (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service in person and on the phone to patients, families, staff, vendors, and the community.
• Greeting patients.
• Collecting patient information.
• Verifying patient insurance.
• Maintaining patient accounts and records.
• Responsible for scheduling new patient appointments and follow up appointments.
• This role will be cross-trained to perform both front desk and basic medical assistant responsibilities to support clinic operations and patient care.
• Oversees the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain professional image.

Education
