Tennessee Internal Medicine Associates / Tennessee Pain Associates is seeking an experienced Medical Front Office team member for a full-time position in Murfreesboro, TN. The ideal candidate will know how a medical office works and possess front desk experience.

You will handle scheduling, patient interactions, and coordination with providers and billing staff while maintaining a compassionate and efficient front desk environment.

Qualifications

• Must have experience working in a medical practice.
• Strong understanding of health insurance, copays, deductibles, eligibility and patient financial responsibilities.
• Experience scheduling patients and managing a busy front desk.
• Comfortable communicating with patients by phone and in person.
• Organized, dependable and able to multitask.
• Familiar with computers and electronic medical records (EMR).
• Kind, patient, and professional even during busy periods.
• Able to work well with providers, clinical staff and billing staff.
