Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a hospital, clinical, or patient-facing environment.
• High School Diploma is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Comfort Rounds to check on patients' non-clinical comfort needs.
• Engage with patients twice daily to ensure they have necessities and feel supported.
• Facilitate service needs and address comfort concerns in a timely, compassionate manner.
• Attend to each patient to ensure a positive experience during their hospital stay.
