Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors at the Welcome Desk, providing a welcoming, courteous experience.
• Respond to patient and visitor questions and triage issues to the Supervisor as needed.
• Train new staff on receptionist duties, SAC reception, and ED-related processes.
• Monitor lobby flow, direct visitors to check-in/check-out areas, elevators, and amenities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting lobby through frequent rounds and coordination with facilities.
• Provide clerical support such as messages, copies, and faxes as assigned.
