Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls promptly in a professional manner using standard greeting with company name and agent name.
• Verify and update patient information; enter corrections into the computer.
• Route messages and coordinate referrals; assist in scheduling per guidelines.
• Orient new patients and inform them of financial policies.
