Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare admin education is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service role; healthcare setting preferred.
• Proficiency in using office software and scheduling systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient information.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients with professionalism and warmth.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient inquiries in person and by phone.
• Collect and verify patient information, insurance details, and documentation.
• Contribute to a positive clinic culture by addressing patient needs during therapy transitions.
• Maintain patient records and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
• Keep front office area neat and organized and coordinate with clinical staff.
• Assist with front office tasks during downtime: answering phones, scanning, scheduling, payments, filing.
• Liaise between patients, clinical staff, and other departments.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area and manage office supplies.
