Job summary

Generation Next Fertility is seeking a customer-focused receptionist to ensure patients have an excellent experience from appointment request to aftercare. You will manage data input, patient charts, emails, and high-volume calls while supporting care teams and physicians.

This role requires strong communication, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a fast-paced team. A 6:45 am shift is included and a positive, approachable demeanor is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming and supportive environment for all individuals entering assigned areas.
• Perform administrative tasks, including data input, emails, and patient chart management.
• Assist patients with financial concerns and manage a high volume of calls.
• Check in/out patients and coordinate medical records management.
• Answer and route phone calls on-site; support Physicians and Clinical Teams.
• Handle emails, patient forms, and data collection.
• Carry out inventory assessment and maintain a tidy reception area.
• Attend to a 6:45 am shift and perform other duties as assigned.
