Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check in patients for appointments and collect co-pays.
• Answer phones, take messages, and schedule appointments.
• Verify and update patient and insurance information; check insurance eligibility.
• Use EPIC to update required information; maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Provide friendly, accurate service and communicate effectively with patients and families.
