Job summary

Aylo Health, LLC is seeking a Patient Services Representative to deliver best-in-class caller experience across phone, email, and in-person communications. You will support appointment scheduling, patient information collection, and coordination with multiple offices while maintaining HIPAA compliance and professional, empathetic service.

The role requires strong communication skills, 2+ years in a contact center or healthcare setting, and proficiency with MS Office and electronic medical

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in a contact center or healthcare customer service role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook and Word).
• Experience with healthcare-specific software is a plus.
• Remote work experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls with high-quality patient care and service.
• Interact with callers in a prompt, pleasant, and helpful manner.
• Determine caller needs and provide instructions as needed.
• Schedule and/or reschedule patient appointments and procedures.
• Coordinate with offices to resolve patient or caller issues.
• Record accurate patient information in CRM and provide provider details when asked.
