Aylo Health is seeking a Clinical Patient Services Representative to join one of its Clinical offices. You will manage encounters and strengthen provider-patient relationships while driving a best-in-class patient experience.

You will ensure timely processing of imaging, labs, prescriptions, and related activities under the provider's direction. The role requires high-volume outbound calling, strong organization, and excellent communication skills to support post-visit workflows and

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant Program with a current Medical Assistant Certification/Registration
• Proven ability to manage high-volume, outgoing calls
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Initiate outgoing calls to patients with pending post-visit care
• Manage patient care and provider relationships
• Manage turnaround time for encounters
• Serve as a point of escalation for a Level I Clinical MA
• Receive and process e-prescription requests from pharmacies
• Submit patient medications to pharmacies per provider instructions
• Obtain prior authorizations from insurance companies
• Document patient activity in the EMR (eClinicalWorks)
• Convey test results to patients clearly and confidentially per HIPAA
