Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm greeting for all patients.
• Answer phones timely with polite, excellent customer service.
• Welcome patients, explain copayments and financial obligations, and collect payments when applicable.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with financial advocacy resources.
• Verify insurance benefits and collect copayments at point of service.
• Enter patient information accurately and support HIPAA compliance.
• Distribute/triage phone calls and handle messages for nurses and providers.
