You will work with facility leadership and committees to analyze results and plan improvements, handling conflict and providing service recovery when needed.

Ideal candidates will have strong listening and communication skills, experience with the public, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Strong active listening and communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is an advantage.
• Experience handling public interactions is desirable.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement customer service strategies across SGMC Health.
• Consult with facility leadership on results and improvement planning.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve patient care and processes.
• Handle difficult customer service situations with professionalism.
• Coordinate non-clinical process improvements across the system.
