Responsabilités

• Greets all entrants and creates a warm, welcoming environment.
• Directs incoming calls in a courteous manner.
• Checks in patients and collects copayments, coinsurance and deductibles.
• Reconciles daily balances and deposits; updates deposit log daily.
• Schedules daily appointments and manages changes as appropriate.
• Obtains new patient information to create charts and schedule initial evaluations.
• Follows HIPAA guidelines to protect patient privacy.
• Prepares reports and correspondence as needed.
• Maintains office supplies and inventory; performs general clerical duties.
• Coordinates with Authorization & Verification Coordinator for visit approvals.
• Supports scheduling with clinical management and therapists.
• Attends monthly clinic meetings and represents Elliott PT in the community.
