• Direct incoming calls courteously and professionally.
• Check in patients and collect copayments and deductions.
• Reconcile daily balances and update deposit logs.
• Schedule, modify, and cancel appointments as needed.
• Obtain new patient information for charts and initial evaluations.
• Maintain HIPAA privacy and confidentiality of records.
• Prepare reports and correspondence as needed.
• Track office supplies and inventory.
• Perform general clerical duties including scanning, faxing, copying, and mailing.
• Coordinate with Authorization & Verification Coordinator for visit verifications.
• Support Scheduling aligned with Plans of Care.
