Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm appointments for doctors, specialists, and diagnostic.
• Answer telephone promptly and in a polite and professional manner.
• Obtain and enter accurate demographic information into patients account.
• Ability to effectively triage calls to ensure appropriate scheduling.
• Use judgment in handling calls to advise patients on best office and times to make appointments.
• Generate reports, maintain logs, and track patient visits.
• Communicating with patients about their status and condition through emails and phone.
