Job Duties

• sSchedule appointments for patients
• .Answer telephone promptly and in a polite and professional manner
• .Obtain and enter accurate demographic information into patients accoun
• tAbility to effectively triage calls to ensure appropriate schedulin
• gUse judgment in handling calls to advise patients on best office and times to make appointments
• .Ability to speak clearly in order to communicate effectively between patient and provider, provide pre-visit instructions/directions, and relay provider instructions
• .Promotes sense of pride in call center and positive interpersonal relations among all team members
• .Demonstrates flexibility in providing coverage and/or availability for the call center via scheduling adjustments for unexpected absences, events, or call volume variance
