Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients professionally.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information.
• Schedule appointments and manage cancellations.
• Answer multi-line phone system and handle inquiries.
• Assist with scanning, faxing, and managing medical records.
• Maintain tidy, welcoming waiting area.
• Support back office staff and providers as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Contribute to clinic workflow efficiency and positive patient experience.
