Audibel, a subsidiary of Starkey Hearing Technologies, is setting a new standard in hearing healthcare. We are seeking a Clinical Scheduling Coordinator to provide high-level customer service and to schedule appointments across our clinic network.

You will answer inbound calls, gather patient information, and maintain accurate records in our patient management software. A high school diploma and call center experience are preferred, with strong communication and teamwork a must.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent.
• Previous call center experience preferred.
• Office/Administrative experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized customer service to all patients with an emphasis on scheduling hearing appointments.
• Answer inbound calls and assist patients with inquiries.
• Effectively communicate the benefits of seeking provider care in the clinic.
• Practice active listening to better serve patients.
• Update patient management software with call notes and status updates.
