SEES Group, LLC is seeking a Patient Communications Representative I for our Call Center in Franklin, TN. You will play a vital role in patient scheduling and the overall patient experience within the revenue cycle.

You will be the first point of contact, delivering friendly, professional service and ensuring accurate data collection for scheduling and billing. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and prior medical office or EHR experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced medical office is preferred.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be a welcoming voice for patients and set a positive tone.
• Verify patient information and insurance details.
• Register patients accurately in the system for scheduling and billing.
• Answer general questions following established guidelines.
• Triage and route calls to appropriate staff and resources.
