H/K/B Cosmetic Surgery has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Patient Advisor to join our upscale plastic surgery center in our new Fort Mill location!

The Patient Advisor will handle high-volume patient calls, schedule appointments, and maintain patient records using Nextech EMR at the Fort Mill site opening in October 2026. The role emphasizes excellent service etiquette and strong administrative support within a growing practice.

Qualifications

• 2 years working in a medical office environment.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Nextech EMR experience preferred.
• Plastic Surgery or Dermatology experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer and respond to a high volume of patient calls.
• Provide excellent customer service etiquette.
• Schedule appointments and follow up visits for new and existing patients.
• Utilize electronic records system to create and update patient information.
• Collect basic patient information.
• Monitor where and when physicians are scheduled and what procedures they perform.
• Assist patients with relevant office location directions as needed.
• Call patients and assist with rescheduling needs as they arise.
• Take messages for office locations as needed and relay them to the appropriate location or physician.
