Job summary

H/K/B Cosmetic Surgery in Fort Mill, SC is seeking a full-time Patient Advisor to support the administrative operations of our new Fort Mill location.

You will answer a high volume of patient calls, provide excellent customer service, schedule appointments, and manage patient information in the EMR.

Experience in medical offices and preference for Nextech EMR, with a diploma at least high school; dermatology or plastic surgery exposure a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years in a medical office environment.
• Nextech EMR experience preferred.
• Plastic Surgery or Dermatology experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer and respond to a high volume of patient calls.
• Provide excellent customer service etiquette.
• Schedule appointments and follow up visits for new and existing patients.
• Utilize electronic records system to create and update patient information.
• Collect basic patient information.
• Monitor where and when physicians are scheduled and what procedures they perform.
• Assist patients with relevant office location directions as needed.
• Call patients and assist with rescheduling needs as they arise.
• Take messages for office locations as needed and relay them to the appropriate location or physician.

A little bit about the position:

The Patient Advisor will play a key role in the Administrative functioning of the business.
