Responsibilities include answering inquiries, recording charges, maintaining patient accounts, and ensuring HIPAA compliance while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in medical administration/reception position required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Computer literacy and tech proficiency
• AOR of TMS technician

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with an exceptional care experience and maintain high NPS.
• Coordinate and optimize clinic scheduling for full appointment flow.
• Serve as main contact between patients, providers, and internal teams.
• Facilitate all stages of patient care including scheduling, documentation, billing coordination, and communication.
• Manage patient inquiries across phone, email, voicemail, or portal.
• Support accurate billing processes and accounts receivable with billing team.
• Participate in daily huddles and weekly meetings for workflow efficiency.
• Track patient feedback and Net Promoter data to improve service delivery.
• Identify process improvements to enhance clinic operations.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
