Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to deliver a personalized check-in/check-out experience with a focus on patient service and insurance education. You will assist with scheduling, confirmations, and outreach while supporting a fast-paced front desk team.

The role requires weekend/evening shifts and offers training to learn the eye care industry, with opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Front desk or reception experience supporting administrative duties.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to organize, prioritize multiple tasks, and provide best-in-class service.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients a personalized check in/out process experience.
• Verify and educate patients on insurance options during check in/out.
• Assist in appointment confirmations and patient outreach with Doctor availability.
• Manage multiple phone lines, greet patients and walk-ins, schedule appointments and assist office staff.
• Cross-train to other office support roles as needed.
• Collaborate with doctors and team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
