Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR certification may be required for mobile roles; CPR helpful for fixed roles.
• Valid state driver’s license and ability to travel to multiple sites.

• Pre-employment background check and drug screen may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients in person and over the phone.
• Perform patient registration in systems and schedule appointments.
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain prior authorization when needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and HIPAA-compliant documentation.
• Provide preliminary and post-procedure instructions to patients.
