• Epic experience preferred.

• Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers to ensure a positive patient experience.
• Schedule appointments to provide timely, accurate, friendly, and clinically appropriate access.
• Respond to incoming patient correspondence in line with privacy and safety standards.
