Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and verify demographic and insurance information.
• Schedule appointments, manage cancellations and reschedules, process co-payments.
• Verify insurance coverage and scope, and document in EMR.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up visits with healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate data entry and professional patient communication.
