Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication with patients and team.
• Reliable and responsive to patients and team.
• Knowledge of front office and administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients as they enter the practice.
• Answer phones and assist with patient questions.
• Schedule appointments for new and existing patients.
• Assist in opening/closing the practice with the team.
• Take payments and help verify insurance as needed.
• Serve as the face and voice of the practice.
