Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health, Inc. is seeking a Patient Advocate to respond to patient inquiries and strengthen the patient-provider relationship. You will support compliance, patient safety, and quality improvement programs and help handle compliments, complaints, and grievances.

The role involves developing tools to track incidents, planning advocacy initiatives, educating staff, and coordinating with multiple departments to implement corrective actions and policy adherence across Rogers sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, nursing, social services, business, or related field required.
• Minimum five years' experience in healthcare, especially patient safety, quality improvement or compliance/risk management.
• RN license or LPCC/LMFT/LCSW license (or equivalent) in-state practicing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate recording and tracking of reported incidents.
• Develop tools/metrics to track incident reporting program effectiveness.
• Plan and implement patient incident reporting and advocacy program awareness and training.
• Collaborate with departments to route complaints and risk issues to appropriate channels.
