Rogers Behavioral Health is seeking a Patient Advocate to respond to patient inquiries and support the patient-provider relationship across the organization. This role ensures accurate incident reporting, supports complaint handling, and collaborates with care teams to improve safety, quality, and compliance programs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, nursing, social services, business, or related field required.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a healthcare setting, specifically within patient safety, patient relations, quality improvement, and/or compliance/risk management.
• Knowledge of patient incident reporting systems and customer service/service recovery principles.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures accurate recording, tracking and completeness of reported incidents.
• Plans, coordinates, and implements patient incident reporting and patient advocacy program awareness, education, and training.
• Fosters a speak up culture and employee confidence that reporting makes a difference in the organization.
• Collaborates with other departments to direct patient complaints, grievances, and risk issues to appropriate channels and implement process improvements.
• Conduct chart reviews and track/manage action items for timely follow-up and resolution.
• Utilize metrics and reporting tools for tracking, trending, and decision making.
