AdventHealth in Saint Cloud is seeking an on-site patient services associate to support registration, scheduling, and payment collection. You will manage patient information, verify insurance, and help deliver a positive patient experience in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong written and verbal English, proficiency with MS Office, and familiarity with EMR systems. Prior healthcare or pediatric experience is a plus; a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent English communication and customer service.
• Ability to operate basic office equipment and MS Office.
• EMR systems experience preferred.
• Phlebotomy skills preferred.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to interact with diverse patients.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and obtain demographic and insurance information.
• Answer telephone and respond to questions to ensure prompt resolution.
• Collect co-pays and outstanding balances when applicable.
• Prepare, file, and manage medical records as required.
• Demonstrate core values and promote patient experience initiatives.
• Utilize EMR and scheduling systems to support daily operations.
• Collaborate with care teams to support patient flow.
