Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff with a welcoming manner.
• Verify patient information, check in patients, and direct them appropriately.
• Input patient data and insurance information into the practice management system, and collect payments.
• Schedule and manage appointments and assist with registration and administrative tasks.
• Maintain patient records in the EHR and support coordination with care teams.
