• MassHealth Certified Application Counselor preferred; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all incoming referrals for consultations from physicians and hospitals.
• Verify insurance, benefits, and patient financial responsibility.
• Collect demographic and financial information; schedule services and manage referrals.
• Assist patients with pre-service paperwork and insurance eligibility.
• Communicate with Social Work, Billing, and Contracting to support the patient.
