McLaren Health Plan is seeking an Operations Analyst to combine executive support with hands-on execution, driving strategic and day-to-day priorities. You will collaborate with leaders across departments to ensure operational compliance, timely execution, and data-driven decision making.

The role requires an associate (or higher) in business or healthcare administration, two years in an office/customer-service setting, and proficiency with MS-Office and automation tools.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Two years’ experience in an office environment related to customer service.
• Proficiency with computer applications, MS-Office, automation tools, and other software used in Operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain system logs and follow up with users on open issues.
• Advise department reporting and special projects as assigned.
• Utilize analytics and reporting tools to monitor performance and support data-driven decisions.
• Maintain payment analytics dashboards, KPIs, and metrics to measure performance.
• Analyze datasets to uncover root causes of inefficiencies and drive change.
• Assist with workflows, resolving process discrepancies and bottlenecks.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance controls and optimize operations.
