Job summary

Ideal candidates have an Associate or Bachelor’s in a related field, 3+ years in healthcare quality/management, and a certification in quality improvement or patient safety.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in nursing, healthcare administration, business administration, or related field.
• Knowledge of CMS, Joint Commission, HFAP, DNV and related regulatory standards.
• Three years of progressively responsible experience in a health care environment including management of clinical services and quality/safety.

Responsibilities

• Plans and administers the delivery of services in compliance with hospital, system and regulatory standards.
• Oversees quality improvement and organizational excellence plans with nursing and medical functions.
• Manages budgets and monitors adherence to budgets, addressing variances and forecasting needs.
• Develops and maintains data reporting, quality indicators, and accreditation progress.
