Job summary

Aquent Studios, a global creative studio, seeks a program manager to lead cross-functional initiatives improving patient experiences in healthcare resources. You will manage conferences, materials, and vendor coordination, ensuring compliant and effective patient support programs while tracking budgets and outcomes.

You will collaborate with marketing, medical, legal, finance, and operations teams, guiding cross-industry projects from planning through execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years project management in design/creative environments with cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven budgeting and financial tracking for resources including forecasting and reconciliation.
• Experience managing inventory/resource-approval systems and vendor coordination.
• Strong verbal and written communications and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with headquarters teams, field sales, patients, and vendors to support presentations and education.
• Manage development and maintenance of patient conference resources and measure field impact.
• Plan patient conferences with exhibits teams, schedule participation, and coordinate logistics within budget.
• Oversee resource approval, inventory tracking, and reapproval processes to align with demand and compliance.
• Coordinate ordering, fulfillment, training, and distribution of patient support resources.
• Lead budget updates for consumer resources, including forecasting and spend reconciliation.
• Coordinate timelines, approvals, vendors, and field dissemination for updates and rollouts.
• Support patient education resources and call guide production.
