Job summary

Synapse Health, a DME-focused tech solution provider, seeks a Senior Product Manager for Patient Experience. You will own the patient journey, guide omnichannel strategy, and partner with engineering to deliver a consumer-grade portal and messaging system.

You'll drive go-to-market plans, conduct market research, and mentor other product managers, shaping multi-year roadmaps in a healthcare context.

Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years of product management experience with 3+ years in healthcare, SaaS, or e-commerce.
Experience driving engagement in B2C or B2B2C, ideally in healthcare.
Comfort with digital and outbound engagement channels (email, SMS, calls) and AI-enabled tooling.
Strong ability to integrate with third-party platforms via APIs to improve patient experience.
Proficiency with office productivity, data analysis, and product-specific software systems.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

Own the patient journey and champion a consumer-grade messaging and portal experience.
Lead omnichannel product development across digital and outbound channels.
Define and execute campaigns, metrics, instrumentation, and roadmap to boost engagement and conversion.
Collaborate with engineering and operations to ensure timely, high-quality deliveries.
