ProgressiveHealth of Indiana, LLC seeks a Patient Experience Specialist to manage front-office duties in Jasper, IN. This full-time, in-office role operates weekday day shifts and includes patient scheduling, check-in/out, and insurance verification.

Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma or GED and a year of related experience; strong MS Office skills and professional communication are essential. No visa sponsorship needed. Benefit-rich environment and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related experience or training preferred.
• Past medical office experience is nice but not required.
• Stand, walk, and sit during shift as needed.
• Professional written and verbal communication is essential.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsabilités

• Schedule and recapture appointments and reschedule missed visits.
• Register patients at check-in/out and ensure accurate records.
• Coordinate with patients/referring physicians for referrals.
• Document referrals in logs.
• Schedule initial evaluations and follow-ups per treatment plan.
• Verify insurance in advance for necessary prior authorizations.
• Educate patients about coverage and payment responsibilities.
• Collect co-pays, deductibles, and payments.
• Answer calls professionally and take/deliver messages as needed.
• Support clinic operations as assigned by Site Coordinator or Revenue Cycle team.
