Job summary

Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs Hospital in Murrieta, California, seeks an experienced Performance Improvement and Patient Experience RN Manager to drive patient-centered care and translate assessments into actionable improvements. This role leads cross-disciplinary teams, educates staff, and oversees the grievance process.

The position requires RN licensure and 3+ years of acute care leadership, with CPXP/CPHQ preferred and Lean Six Sigma knowledge to advance performance initiatives within

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited RN program.
• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• Master's degree in related field preferred.
• Three (3) years of clinical experience in an acute care setting with demonstrated management or leadership abilities.
• Experience in patient advocacy or complaint/grievance management preferred.
• One (1) year of quality or performance improvement experience including data analysis and management.
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge or certification preferred or expected to be completed within the first 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Drive a culture of patient-centered care and improve patient and family experience.
• Translate information from patient experience assessments into actionable behaviors.
• Identify PI opportunities and apply lean six sigma tools to improve service and care delivery.
• Lead patient experience and performance improvement strategies with other leaders and staff.
• Provide education and drive best practices among care team including physicians and clinical/non-clinical staff.
• Publish patient experience survey results and oversee the complaint and grievance process.
• May float to the other facility within Southwest Health Rancho Springs and Inland Valley Hospital as needed.
