Qualifications

• Two years of experience in patient relations, healthcare operations, customer service, or related role.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and healthcare compliance requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and healthcare information systems.

Responsibilities

• Support regional growth and marketing efforts.
• Represent CMG at community outreach events and health fairs.
• Assist with patient engagement initiatives and reputation management.
• Gather patient feedback and testimonials to identify service improvements.
• Collaborate with clinic operations to improve access and communication.
• Monitor online patient feedback and escalate concerns as needed.
• Support adherence to HIPAA and privacy requirements.
