Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in patient relations, healthcare operations, customer service, or related healthcare role.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to convey information clearly.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and healthcare compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and healthcare information systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager of Patient Relations with regional growth and marketing efforts.
• Represent the organization at community outreach events, health fairs, and patient engagement activities.
• Support initiatives to strengthen the organization’s reputation and patient experience across both regions.
• Gather patient feedback and testimonials to identify opportunities for service improvement and brand awareness.
• Collaborate with clinic operations teams to improve patient access and community engagement.
• Monitor patient feedback and manage online reputation, escalating concerns as needed.
