The Akido Companies Internal Job Board is seeking a Patient Relations Liaison to support the Operations Manager of Patient Relations in driving regional growth, community outreach, and marketing initiatives. The role focuses on improving patient engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction across both regions.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, experience in healthcare operations, and a passion for enhancing patient experience while maintaining HIPAA

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience in patient relations, healthcare operations, customer service, or related healthcare role.

Responsibilities

• Support growth and marketing efforts for regional patient relations initiatives.
• Represent the organization at community outreach events, health fairs, patient engagement activities, and networking opportunities.
• Assist with planning, coordinating, and attending community outreach events and marketing activities across both regions.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to promote services, programs, and initiatives that enhance patient access and visibility.
• Help monitor online patient feedback, reviews, and reputation management opportunities, escalating concerns as appropriate.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and organizational privacy requirements.
