UF Health Central Florida seeks a Patient Experience Operations Nurse to support, coach, and collaborate with clinical and non-clinical leaders on patient experience initiatives. Reporting to the Division Director for Patient Experience, the role focuses on sustaining best practices and improving patient satisfaction across the campus.

The position emphasizes coaching, education, and relationship-building to enhance patient experiences and achieve top-quartile performance in CMS CAHPS metrics.

Formación

• RN license required in the State of Florida.
• Bachelor’s in nursing, healthcare administration or relevant area preferred.
• Certification as Certified Patient Experience Professional preferred.
• Project Management Professional preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the implementation and sustainment of patient experience processes across the Division/Campus.
• Mentor clinical and non-clinical team members to achieve excellent patient experience and quality outcomes (HCAHPS, Qualtrics).
• Coach nurse leaders and ancillary leaders in accountability and best practices for patient experience.
• Develop and maintain relationships with campus leaders to influence culture and unit dynamics.
• Consult with executives on metric results and strategies to improve patient and family experience.
• Lead in process improvement observations, assessments, validations, and accountability reviews.
• Participate in orientation and training of new nurses and staff related to patient experience.
