• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to analyze data to identify trends.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; patient and employee advocate.
• Ability to adapt to changing work environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational aspects of central support center functions (schedulers, medical records).
• Establish training programs for central support staff.
• Provide leadership and ensure completion of daily Support Center operations.
• Work with leadership and physicians to address patient issues and follow up.
• Compile metrics and adjust workflows.
• Manage the Quality Payment Program – MIPS.
• Identify trends in volume and call flow to drive efficiency.
• Collect, measure, and analyze patient, staff and provider sentiment data to identify areas for improvement.
