Medical City Plano seeks a Hospitality Manager, Patient Experience to lead the daily operations of Patient Services, ensuring patient and staff satisfaction while upholding HACCP standards. You will supervise staff, manage tray delivery, monitor costs, and drive quality improvements across Food and Nutrition Services.

You will coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, participate in committees, and support staff education and leadership development in a hospital setting.

Competenze

• Minimum three years supervisory/management experience in healthcare setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or Dietetics preferred.
• RD/LD or CDM preferred; ServeSafe/NRFSP or equivalent certification.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily Patient Services operations to ensure patient/employee safety and HACCP compliance.
• Manage patient tray delivery system and on-site operations.
• Coordinate floor stock delivery; monitor costs and prepare financial reports.
• Lead quality improvement programs for Food and Nutrition Services.
• Hire, train, coach, and counsel staff per HR policies.
• Ensure timely completion of required documentation.
• Comply with HACCP guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Participate in hospital committees and cross-functional teams.
• Oversee Patient Computer system; act as IT&S liaison.
• Monitor department temperature systems and food safety controls.
• Serve as resource on food and nutrition information.
