Encompass Health is seeking a Nutrition Services Manager to lead and direct the Nutrition Services Department across patient, staff, and guest meals. Qualifikationen

• Certified Dietary Manager or Dietetic Technician registration (as required by state/regulatory agency).
• Active membership in the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (if mandated).
• Graduate of an associate degree program in food service (preferred).
• Thorough knowledge of nutrition and dietetics, hospital food service operation, and HACCP guidelines.
• Three years of supervisory experience in hospital food service, preferably healthcare.
• Strong communication, analytical, decision-making and independent work skills.

• Manage Departmental budget related to the Nutrition Services position.
• Perform and document purchasing, receiving, and inventory control of food and supplies.
• Maintain sanitation, temperature and food handling to comply with regulations.
• Determine quality, quantity and portion size of food and ensure proper handling.
• Ensure adequate staffing and management of department employees.
• Coordinate production for patient meals and cafeteria line.
• Develop cafeteria menu as needed.
• Purchase food and assist with duties for special needs or occasions.
• Oversee special event catering and dietary accommodations as required.
