Providence is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator in Medford, OR to be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, delivering outstanding service in person or by phone while guiding them through the administrative flow of care.

This role supports front and back-office duties with increasing independence, acting as a liaison between patients and providers and helping ensure smooth clinic operations for Providence Medical Group South.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in medical/healthcare setting.
• Experience providing a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for patients and visitors.
• Act as liaison between patients and providers throughout administrative flow.
• Perform core front and back-office duties with increasing independence.
• Support or independently handle routine healthcare services to ensure smooth clinic operations.
