Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with directions, locations, and hospital amenities.
• Communicate courteously; confirm understanding and address concerns.
• Coordinate referrals, solutions, and services for patients and families, including ADA/LEP considerations.
• Maintain clean, safe family waiting areas and coordinate with facilities and security.
• Record and submit documentation and reports for services provided.
• Support department leadership with program evaluation and policy updates.
